I believe in treating others with compassion, fairness, and dignity, and I hope by sharing this, it inspires thought about how words and actions can affect others’ sense of belonging.”
A powerful verse to reflect on could be:
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

This reminds us that above all, love is the most enduring and transformative force. It ties beautifully into treating others with compassion, dignity, and kindness. It doesn’t say to take away Social Security from the elderly. It doesn’t say to kick out immigrants or put down LGBTQIA+ individuals because they don’t look like you. It doesn’t say not to help the poor, elderly, veterans, LGBTQIA+, or our children. It does say to treat others as you would have them treat you.
